System and DOH administrators both have access to external submissions via two sub-tabs of the Records Exchange tab. The Configurations and Transactions sub-tabs both contain information regarding external submissions, and the extent to what information is seen in these tabs is based on your state and managed departments.
Clicking the name of a configured department opens the transactions page associated with that department. For departments with numerous transactions, the results in the table can be searched so as to quickly locate a particular transaction.
