To view files the could not be processed, go to Records Exchange: Non-Processed Files. The Non-Processed Files page opens. On this page, you can view information about non-processed files, such as the date and time of the attempted upload, the file name, and the file size, and you can search for a particular file.
Tip: Maximum file size is 50 MB. Larger files cannot be processed.
Note: The image above reflects the page as seen by DOH Administrators. What you see may be slightly different if you are a Health System Administrator.
Additionally, you can attempt to re-process a file from this page, if appropriate. The option to process to a file only appears for files less than 5 MB in size.
To search for a non-processed file

From any page, go to Records Exchange: Non-Processed Files. The Non-Processed Files page opens.

For Department, type the first few letters of the department name.

From the list of results, select the correct department.

For Location, select the location you want to search.

Click Search. The files appear in the table on the lower half of the page.
To attempt to re-process a file

From any page, go to Records Exchange: Non-Processed Files. The Non-Processed Files page opens.

Locate the file you want to attempt to re-process and click its associated Process Now link.
