TripTix Data Dictionary – TripTix

The TripTix Data Dictionary, set up similarly to that of the NEMSIS dictionary, aims to present each TripTix-specific element and give you the background on the field itself. Such background information can include the element's ID, description, definition, default value, and more.

Field Name
Name of the field and/or data element.

Element ID
Identification name of the element. Each ID begins with tt, identifying the element as TripTix-specific, and includes the section in which the element falls, such as Incident.

Location
Where in the run record the field appears.

Definition
Definition of the data element.

Pattern
Data type for the element, such as String.

Not Values
Whether the field accepts Not Values.

Nillable
Whether the field accepts a "blank" value (no value entered).

Disable Entry/PDF
Whether the field can be disabled and/or excluded from the record PDF by an administrator.

Set Default
Whether a default can be selected for this field.
