The installation of TripTix® Windows is a two-step process that involves installing the application and then activating it. Even before these steps, however, you must ensure your device meets both hardware and software requirements.

Requirements
For installation to occur without error, your device must have, at a minimum, the following:

For the best performance of your TripTix Windows solution, the following hardware is strongly recommended:

Additional Recommendations
Although not required, it is recommended that your device have a dual touch screen. With a dual touch screen, you can take advantage of the touch options, signature capture capabilities, and handwriting recognition features that TripTix Windows offers. If your device does not possess a dual touch screen, you can still perform the majority of these functions using the keyboard or mouse.
Additionally, for optimal presentation, it is recommended that you install TripTix Windows on a device capable of an XGA 1024 x 768 screen resolution.
