If you forget your TripTix Windows PIN, you can reset it, provided your Department Administrator has enabled this feature for your department.
To reset your TripTix Windows PIN

On the PIN login page, tap the Forgot Your Pin? button. The PIN Reset window opens.

For Username, enter the username associated with your TripTix account.

For Password, enter the password associated with your TripTix account.

For New PIN, enter a five digit numerical entry to be used as your new PIN. Re-enter your new PIN in the Confirm New PIN field.

Tap Update PIN. You are re-directed to the PIN Login page, where you can now log in to TripTix Windows using your new PIN.
