If you have forgotten your username for logging in to TripTix CDX, you can request that it be sent to you via email.
To request your username

From the TripTix CDX login page, click the Forgot Username or Password link. The Request Username or Reset Password window opens.

For Email, enter the email address associated with your TripTix CDX account.

Click Send Username. An email with your username information is sent to the email address associated with your TripTix CDX account.
To log in to TripTix CDX, enter your username and password in the appropriate fields and click Log In.
