How do I adjust the number of automated notifications I receive?
Answer
As a department administrator, you can determine which automated notifications you want to receive. If you are noting an influx of automated notifications, you can turn off any non-relevant notifications or select to receive one summary notification instead.
To turn off a notification or select Summary Mode

From any page, go to Notifications: Automated.

Locate the notification you want to adjust the settings for and click its associated Configure link.

To turn off the notification, for Status, select Inactive.

Alternatively, to limit notifications, select the Summary Mode check box. This option replaces multiple automated notifications with one summary email if at least one notification of this type is triggered.
Note: Summary Mode is not available for all automated notifications.
