TripTix by R1 offers a range of advanced search options that allow you to filter run records in highly customized ways.
Conduct an Advanced Search of Run Records
Navigate to Run Records> Recent Records. The filter defaults to search for the previous 24 hours’ records, and the label next to the Last 24 Hours field reads Close Filter Editor.
- In the Search Criteria section of the window, click on an existing criteria to modify it. For example, if you need to edit the search’s time period, click on Last 24 Hours, and modify the time frame as needed in the fields below Last 24 Hours.

In the Period and Time fields, enter the relevant time frame for the runs you want to view.

To add a new search criteria, click Add Field to Search Criteria, and use the associated drop-down list to select relevant criteria, or narrow the list by typing in the field.
Note: If your department has created custom search filters, they are available at the top of the Filter dropdown list in alphabetical order. The default filters are listed below. -
When you have added all the desired criteria, run the search by clicking Search. Alternatively, , you can add/save a filter by clicking the Options button at the top-right of the Filter section.
Advanced Query Editor
The Advanced Query Editor serves two purposes. It allows advanced users to input search criteria directly in a query language, and it displays the query language of the current filter. Query language can be copied (using standard browser commands) and shared with other users.
