To view Exception requests, go to Requests: Exception. The Exception Requests page opens.
Note: The image below reflects the page as seen by DOH Administrators. What you see may be slightly different if you are a Department Administrator.
To find specific requests by response type, department, or date, use the filters at the top of the page. If the request is still pending, you can click the Delete button to remove it. If you delete the request, you are required to submit the ePCR data for the submission month originally requested.
As a DOH Administrator, you can also respond to Exception requests.
Exception Request Columns
Name of the department submitting the request.
The month missing ePCR data that the department is submitting the request for.
User who created the request.
Date the request was submitted.
User who responded to the request.
Date an administrator responded to the request.
The response to the request. Possible responses include Accepted - Permanently, Accepted - Temporarily, or Denied.
