The TripTix Quality Assurance process streamlines ePCR approval and finalization, cycling ePCRs from the point the record is saved through export, as explained below. The workflow described here applies both to TripTix Windows and CDX. (The Department Administrator plays the pivotal role in the finalization process.)
Records reflect the same record statuses displayed on the Home page. Some statuses are used only if Supervisor Review is enabled for your department.
Steps to Finalize a Run Record

Auto-Finalize Reviewed Runs
If your department has set this function to On, (the default), runs that have been reviewed or “sent back” will be automatically finalized. (“Sent back” runs include those with corrections made to them and those with addenda initiated by TripTix.)
The date and time for auto-finalizing the run is displayed on the Pending Review window, found at Run Records> Pending Review.
Review a Run's Access History
To review a run's access history, go to the Run Summary screen.
- Click the Actions menu button. Select Summary from the dropdown menu. The Run Summary window opens.
- Scroll down to the Access History section of the Run Summary window.
- Choose View Detailed Access History from the Actions menu on the record's row.
